  • As Lucky Day Logistics meets quality and safety goals, we reward our qualifying team members with bonuses

  • We pay referral & retention bonuses.  For every delivery associate/driver you refer and we hire, you will get a $250 bonus once that referral achieves their 3-month driving anniversary and both you and the DA are remaining with the team

  • We reward our top 3 drivers (based on customer feedback) every week with a lunch card

  • We recognize exemplary work by rewarding our DAs with various items of appreciation (Echo Dots, backpacks, duffel bags, lunch totes, lunch cards, Amazon Fire Sticks, etc.)
